Terms Of Service

You read, understand, and agree to my Terms Of Service.

General

I have every right to decline, cancel or pause any commission with or without explanationPlease provide a clear description of what you want for your commission just so I don't free ball therefore, If no description is given I have artistic freedom.Have a clear reference sheet no shaded reference please.There will be absolutely be no inappropriate behavior involved meaning no rushing me on your commission I’m a human being not a machine.
Proceed to do so will result in declining the commission and be blacklisted from future commissions from me

Payment

Payment must be paid upfront before I can start on your commission or if your commission happens to be $100 or more we can discuss if needed.I prefer Cashapp as the payment option but I’ll take Paypal for those who cant or don't use Cashapp.Payment is USD only!

Refunds & Cancel Policy

I have every right to cancel a commission for any reason in particular and a I’ll refund 100% of your money back but please work with me for it will take abit of time to get the money back as I have spent it on anything I may need.If for any reason you cancel the commission you get 50% of your money back depending on the progress of the commission I completed, of course if I haven’t started on your commission yet you will get 100% of your money back.Anyone charge backs, claims or anything resulting on taking money back after commission is finished you will be permanently blacklisted from future commissions.

Progress

I will provide a WIP (Work In Progress) sketch of your commission, during this process you can ask me to change or add anything to the sketch you are allowed to have 1-3 changes any more then that will be charged extra.Once the sketch part is completed and changes are modified there will be no more changes after that.
If there are changes needed to the finished product will be charged extra depending on how big the change is.Please be patient with me these commissions will take time, possibly months due to I have things going on in my life and personally outside of doing commissions so there will be no deadlines.For some reason the commission is taking a long time you will be updated and notified as soon as possible!

Copyright & Usage

Any commissions I do I have full commercial rights to the product itself.
Your character is your property only, nothing will be done to character itself only the artwork.I as the artist am allowed to do the following actions:
🖋️Post artwork on any social media or any website I choose
🖋️Alter, crop, reduse the image to promote my artwork
🖋️Make merchandise of artwork of course character credit will be providedYou as the client are allowed to do the following actions:
🖋️Post copyrighted artwork on social media with credit to the artist(me)
🖋️Print the artwork and claim character(s) but not the artwork.
🖋️Use for personal use only!⚠️ABSOLUTELY NO NFTS, A.I, CRYPTOCURRENCY INVOLVED WITH MY ARTWORK!!!⚠️
(If done so you will be permanently blacklisted and get the law involved)copyrights/rules to the artwork consist of the following actions
🚫Selling my artwork to make profit off of it
🚫Using artwork commercially
🚫Removing my signature
🚫Claiming artwork credit as your own
🚫NFTs, A.I, cryptocurrency, and any future horrid thingsIf artwork/character(s) are stolen, misused, falsely claimed by someone other then your self you may ask for me to request removal of said artwork.
